Nice place to stay. Didn't get to use the pizza oven bc it snowed. Host is in contact for any issues.

Being our home town, we missed it greatly. All our family & friends live there and we had not been back there in 2 years. Was good to be back home for a short visit to see family & friends. Waterford has changed a lot in a short. Good thing.
Good value. Nice hotel.
We went to Pontiac Lake State Rec Area, which was nice. We went for a 3 mile hike thru the woods, and the lake looked inviting. Would be a nice place for a picnic. Also has designated mountain biking and bridle trails.
We didn't explore Waterford. We were visiting family in the next town over but all of their hotels were booked due to several concerts that week/weekend at DTE.
We will be back!
I grew up not far from there in W. Bloomfield and have kids and grand kids that live near there so I'm comfortable in the area.
