「There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. 「This is a fantastic place to stay in Ann Arbor. Pictures do not do the apartment justice; it was clean, attractive, and well-furnished with everything we could have needed (e.g. extra towels and blankets, water and snacks upon arrival, etc.). Parking was easy - there is a reserved spot in the back - and the location is walking distance from the shops on Main Street (15-25 mins), campus (20-30 minutes), and Kerrytown/farmer's market/Zingerman's deli (8-10 mins), where we had breakfast each...
