This 1 bedroom, luxury apartment is in a prime location ! Walking distance to U of M hospital , central campus Kerry-town, downtown shopping and restaurants. It is also minutes away from Argo Park which offers beautiful hiking and running trails which takes you around the Huron river, as well as a wonderful canoe livery.
This unit is in a lovely Ann Arbor home on the old west side of Ann Arbor near the historical district, and has the best of everything! -All Stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove, over the range microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. hardwood floors throughout and granite counters. The bathroom is beautifully tiled with porcelain tile and a Kohler rain shower , towel warmer. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer in unit, and a private entrance. The rent includes water, gas ,electric central air conditioning, high speed internet .

Cozy, Cute and Comfortable

This was a perfect place for us to go to for rest after a long day at the University of Michigan hospital following my daughters surgery and recovery. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the nice welcome basket that was left for us and Kathy was always in touch making sure we were comfortable or needed anything.

Lovely apartment

This is a lovely apartment and a great location. The apartment is sparkling clean and very homey. The owner is a great communicator. This is our second stay and we plan to return. Highly recommend.

A cozy apartment, in a great neighborhood

We come in for three or four football games a year. This apartment is perfect for two people. It is very clean . We walked to the Michigan football stadium.

Great Location for Football game

Great location, close walking distance (and safe) to downtown. Convenience store nearby. Very clean. We drove in to town and were glad we had a parking space. We liked having a kitchen and washer and dryer as well. Quick repsonses by owner. If I were to come to another game at Michigam I would stay here again!

Basement unit

The place is clean and well located and Kathy is very responsive. The only thing preventing me to give a 5 stars is that the unit is a basement unit. We are tall (6 feet and taller) and not being able to stand up straight in the bedroom was unpleasant. Plus the family staying on the upstairs unit were waking us up each time they would walk around as the noise travels very well. Too bad because the place was nice otherwise.

Cozy Apt in Terrific Location

Cozy, clean basement apartment in a terrific location, close/walkable to Kerrytown, Main Street, State Street, the U of M campus and all Ann Arbor has to offer. Checkin was easy and communication with Kathy was helpful and prompt. We appreciated the onsite parking at the back of the house for one car. The layout of the space was nice as there was a well equipped kitchen and living room with electric fireplace and large TV, separate from the bedroom and bath. The shower was fabulous, the towel heater divine, though the sink was a little odd/dated. We don't happen to like the smell of room deodorizers and unplugged the one in the bathroom as soon as we figured out what it was, but some people like these. Next time I would be sure to ask Kathy not to spay the sheets or anything with any scent, and I'm sure she'd understand, though I realize we are more sensitive than most. While the place was surprisingly sunny given it's a basement apt, my preference next time would be to stay on an upper floor if she rents those out as well. Either way, we found our stay very cozy and convenient.

I enjoyed staying in this beautifully appointed space. The host has thought of everything a guest could possibly need. The location is close to downtown Ann Arbor, making it easy to access the U of M campus where my meeting was held.

Beautiful Basement Bungalow

Nice place with great shower. Close to town but MU is a little bit of a walk. Park and food establishments are convenient. Was perfect for our needs on this trip.
