「There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. Most surfaces all over the unit have a fairly thick layer of dust. This cannot be missing a few spots by the cleaning person, this is pure ignorance of the owners. Communication was very...

「Very cool property, clean and spacious. I was surprised there was no hair dryer and disappointed, although not surprised, that there was no tea. Positive experience overall.」

「Thank you for a wonderful stay! Great property!」

「Kimberly was a great host with very thorough communication. We were comfortable and had plenty of space. I would have given our stay a 5 stay except it wasn’t as clean as I would expect it to be for a five star property nor was the bed as comfortable (which also had very flat pillows) as we would have liked. Overall, the location was great for the events/activities we attended and the host was quick to respond.」

「Worked out perfectly for our weekend needs.」

「It is close to downtown for walking. Place is clean inside. Be aware during showering, the water intermittently turns cold and then back to warm, which is a bit uncomfortable.」

「Great location. Use Apple Maps, which steers you to the parking location behind the building, via alley. Google maps takes you to front door, less helpful. Quirky but well-appointed place. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. Very small bathroom, no space spread out with makeup etc, but can use the other rooms. Kitchen is small but well appointed, but you'll barely need it due to excellent location near many great restaurants (zingermans, kerrytown, detroit street filling station etc). We used the...

「Wonderful shops near by and good sight seeing」

「Great apartment. Very comfortable and well located. Will look at additional stays in the future.」

「A very comfortable, attractive two bedroom with an ample living/dining open plan. It was clean and well supplied with housekeeping basics. I do love a VRBO that provides wine glasses! The apartment is in a historic building in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. There are several restaurants within two blocks as well as interesting antique stores and a couple of small museums.」

「The apartment is in an ideal location for so many restaurants and shops to enjoy Ann Arbor. It appears to be recently updated and the finish-out was beautiful. The host was highly communicative and responsive. It was ideal for a UM game weekend, and we hope to stay there again.」

「Rural setting. Gorgeous property. Clean. Well maintained. Close to Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor. Easy/cheap UBER ride to Ann Arbor. Close to groceries, gas, convenience.」
