"It’s a basic room with a fridge and good bathroom. Staff at front was nice it’s an easy check in. Truly my only complaint was bedding had stains on it some hairs :( I realize this not the Ritz but clean sheets should always be a must . Overall good spot for a quick stay modern rooms not the old style"

"The main amenities were broken, pool and hot tub, which is why we booked this stay. The place didn’t have any carts to use to load our items. Breakfast was great though, i loved the selections and the layout of the place was awesome. The room wasn’t super clean in the bathroom, looked like leftover sticker gems like a heart and glitter on the floor and when i wiped the ground the towel was black. The shower curtain didn’t hold any water in the shower so the whole floor was soaked and the fan for ventilation didn’t work so it was extremely hot to shower, and the toilet wouldn’t stop running for 6 hours while we left. it kept randomly running new water it was odd. our neighbors across the hall screamed almost all night. the beds and blankets and pillows were awesome and the set up of the room was cool. the view of the trash can wasn’t very nice but it was still fun. "

"I prepaid for my room through Hotels.com. Nonetheless, the hotel charged the full price to the card they took for "incidentals." I now have to spend time trying to resolve this with Hotels.com and Sheraton. The facility itself was good, but being charged for a room I have already paid for is unacceptable and a waste of my time correcting the hotel's mistake."

"Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and love the connection via stairs to the atrium area that offers pool, hot tub, pool table and ping pong table. There is a poolside bar, but this was not open during our visit. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and food/staff were excellent. Also used the workout facility - very nice. This property exceeded our expectations and was a highlight of our trip."

"Upon entry, the front desk seemed a bit cluttered. Additionally, there was a strong smell of cigarettes upon entering the room. They were able to change my room, but my neighbor was extremely loud. They left their dog, unattended, for almost 2 hours in which the dog consistently barked. Finally, the fridge was loud and was disruptive during sleep. Overall, it was mid-tier, not great, not good."
