「Nice clean room with very comfortable bed」

「The room was dirty and smelled unpleasant. We had to keep the window open during a cold night due to the odor. There was hair on both the bed and in the bathtub. The coffee maker in the room was broken, and there was no hot water available in the lobby. Overall, the building looked old and run-down, and the lack of an elevator made the stay even less convenient. Not recommended.」

「The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were very noisy. The bathroom light included the fan and it sounded like an airplane. You could hear people in all the rooms surrounding our room.」

「Be aware: The front desk has limited hours. They close at midnight. We needed a late check-in due to our travel. I am glad we called ahead to notify them or else we would have lost our room. The front desk closes at midnight - we were arriving around 12:20. I called ahead and the gentleman was accommodating and waited for us, for which we were VERY thankful. Our room was very clean, and the beds were comfy. Shower drained a little slow, but that is my only negative. Fantastic customer...
