This spacious house was very clean and comfortable with a lovely garden and patio seating area. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen, especially the filtered water feature. While it is located a little way from the hospital and central Ann Arbor, we found the trip into town quick and easy. When a couple of little problems...

「Wonderful, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. So many extra touches: tray of snacks, home-made welcome card, coffee, cold drinks and bottle of wine in fridge. Comfortable beds with silky smooth sheets. Only 1 suggestion: softer, fluffy pillows. Mrs. Moneypenny is lovely!」

「Really nice place with great beds, bedding, and towels. We appreciated the extra room for our group. The coffee and tea were excellent additions. I slept in the front bedroom which was a little noisy with traffic. We went to the new brewery and had some snacks and drinks. The pretzel nuggets were good. The house is very close to the crowd at the bar. However, it closed at 11 so then it cleared out. 」

「although I have arrived later than expected, the staff welcomed the arrival and gave the quick check in service. the breakfast is provided from 7:00am, and though it should be started a little earlier. there are two bottles of water prepared in the room, 1 dollar for 1 bottle. it would be perfect if the water was a complimentary service.」
