As always the room and clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff are friendly. The breakfast overall is good but the Cosco coffee is tasteless. Our refrigerator wasn't working, but I didn't report it and was able to get ice to keep our cooler supplied overnight.

Issues with housekeeping. Soap, conditioner, empty. Called housekeeping and took hours for them to come and install incorrectly. Stain blanket sofa bed. Front desk worker AirPods in. Nice property for clean, basic room. Served purpose for the family. Would stay again, but need housekeeping/ staff improvements

Convenient location. Grandson enjoyed swimming pool. Decent breakfast. The hallways had a musty smell, desk clerk said it was due to extreme high temps and ac working in over drive.

We have stayed at this venue many times. This time, the room was dusty, the sofa bed had crumbs and food residue when it was closed. The crumbs ended up on the floor. When housekeeping came the next day, they did not vacuum at all. The crumbs were still there as well as a sticky silver dollar sized stain in the bathroom that was there when we checked in. I do not plan to stay at this location again. We have family nearby, and it was a convenient location. The management, though, were helpful.

The hotel and staff were great. One thing I didn’t like was not having a coffee maker in the room. It’s a small thing, but it’s nice to have morning coffee without needing to get dressed to go to the lobby for it.
