「Overall the hotel is very clean and the staff are quite pleasant and helpful.」

「Secure parking. Emailed back initially with no response but called emergency number to inform them about lack of supplies. Sent that day. Cleaning was spotty. Our family rented 3 different units during our stay with similar issues of hair and stains. They did send a maid when we complained to make it right. All- in all comfortable beds, convenient to the hospital 」

「A great place to stay for friends or family. Master suite, Hot tub, fireplace and firepit were some great amenities along with being so close to downtown and the highway. My friends from in town said they would be recommending this place to family. 」

「The property is as described in the listing. It was quieter than we expected with a restaurant on the first floor and the occasional Amtrak train going by. The loft is bathed in beautiful natural light and we had a great view of the street and train depot. We appreciated the delicious local coffee that is on offer. A couple of observations. The condensation from the A\C unit produces a dripping sound that was at first alarming at 3:00 AM as we thought there was a leak. There was often the smell...

「The property was overall very good and adequate. Location was great. Each room had individual HVAC devices which was great since each of us could set temperature to our liking. Only negatives were that outside stair rail was a little loose and the floors were very creaky.」
