"The rooms we very beautiful you can tell they were just redone but , i did request a down stairs room due to handicap but did not get one . The AC in my room barley worked as it stayed above 80 every night and day with the ac set at 62 . The water ran out of the pipes brown, every morning when first ran . The ice machine did not work at all and No coffee pot in the room and you had to take your own trash to the dumpster no xtra bags for the one little bucket . For a fast pinch it was ok but for almost 650 dollars you exspect a little more . The gentleman at the front counter was nice but had a hard time finding my name the young lady was nice, she did find my name . We checked in at 330 on friday and definitely left by 8:30am on monday even though check out was at 11 the 80 degree room was crazy ."

"This was booked as a bucket list trip for my husband. My son accompanied him. The parking lot was 90% empty when they arrived. They were given a room that had a stained bedspread and washroom was not clean. Not acceptable. The second room with a man actively doing drugs inn front of the room and the other with 4-5 noisy children and multiple adults door open and activity was outside. My family went to the front desk to cancel the reservation. They were not friendly and clearly did not want Canadians there. Other accommodations were acquired. ** I was advised to call the manager the following Monday for a refund. Left message no call back. I called Tuesday and again had to leave msg and wait for call back. Still no. On Wed. I called again and spoke to manager who would invesitgate and call back which he did not. I called again today and was advised non refundable because we booked through you Also advised ALL hotels in Jackson were full ** because of Nascar (I prev called hotel.com and was advised I had to contact America's Best (??) because they were paid direct). I request your assistance to obtain a refund This facility is an embarassment to your website. Regards, Cathy Thomas"

"We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and our stay seamless. We especially appreciated having access to the hot tub and the well-stocked amenities throughout the property.Overall, we made some great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"The staff is more than helpful. I forgot to include that I needed a room on the first floor due to a handicap and the staff was more than willing to accommodate our family. I also forgot my key inside the room and they were so helpful to get me back in. All the breakfast that was served was hot and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again."

"Our bathroom had hairs in the shower and on the floor. The breakfast buffet looked decent but was out of almost everything. The walls are paper thin. The employee who checked us in was staying in the room next to ours with friends/family. We could clearly understand every word they said. I would not stay here again."

"Staff was friendly, they didnt have the double rooms I reserved, only one queen bed rooms. There were stains in the carpet and in the fabric chair in room. Also debris on the floor,, like not vacuumed. Bed seemed clean, but would not stay here again with other options available in area. Breakfast was minimal muffins, bagels, juice. Air conditioning in room was good: hallways, lobby, and breakfast area was not working."
