While our room itself was comfortable and clean and front desk staff member was respectful, the pool was disgusting. We booked with this hotel because our kids wanted a pool, and we had to immediately leave because the pool room was covered in cockroaches and other bugs. Absolutely ruined the trip for us and we will not be returning nor recommending anyone else to stay here.. shouldn’t offer an amenity you are unable to maintain.

Upon arrival & check in, the guy with the afro Tmittoy was pleasant to check in with, when I got onto day 3 Sunday, the old elderly black front desk receptionist was such a burden & unprofessional, she has a sassy,passy attitude she a liar, she just overall a bias ,& non educated frivolous thing, Nacy proceeds to lie about having over booking for rooms &, the property being over booked, when upon researching it was a lie, Nacy the housekeeper & her concourse a plan to not give me my full service, as they were acting like teenagers when they spoken illy about me & I can hear them in the laundry room, this spot with the two employees is a tragedy
