"Everything was excellent. My only suggestion would be have more than one valet. Long wait times to drop off your car and pick up your car and they were working as fast as they could. It wasn’t lack of effort it was lack of staff."

"Overpriced hotel with terrible parking garage. The locker rooms have no functioning showers with hot water and there are no towels so the sauna is pretty much useless. The hot tub was out of order upon arrival. The thermostat in the room was nonfunctional, the temperature never dropped below 74 degrees even when set at 66, way to warm constantly. The front desk clerk basically was yelling at us across the lobby as we were leaving trying to pry into our business demanding we tell her if we were checking out or not and what room we were in. This place is not worth it, major reason I picked it was for the people mover which was shut down anyways so this stay was just a huge disappointment. Spend your money elsewhere."

"The restaurant was good - especially the blacked salmon (subbed for the chicken on a Caesar salad) and the black bean burger. The staff at the desk were always pleasant and helpful with every question regarding local and airport transportation as well as luggage storage after checkout on my last day. Once in my room, it was quiet and the showers were hot no matter the time of day!"

"Staff was great! Room was ultra basic and need upgrading. We paid $490 to check in at 4pm and check out at 11am. Mattress were thin and seemed to be an afterthought on guest comfort. "

"Stayed for business. Clean, spacious room, newer contemporary style bathroom, walking distance to the Federal courthouse and the downtown attractions. On side few dining options stake house and breakfast, Starbucks. Gym, pool and jacuzzi on the site. One thing to note valet parking services were somewhat slow but maybe because it was weekend and there was only one robe and no disposable sleepers, also didn’t see any usual items in the bathroom such as shower cap. But overall I will definitely consider this hotel for my next visit."
