Detroit Historical Museum

Nice in every respect except noise and security. The room was clean and well maintained. Price was reasonable. There was no remote for the TV, but I was not in there long enough to use it. There was very little sound, insulation and road noise was a problem. The curtains did not keep out the light. One window was not secured nor could it be and people could enter from the ground level. Other than those things, the staff was great. The location was great. The room was clean. I love the large shower and bed.

Wonderful 100/10. Clean, excellent service, fantastic experience.

Check-in was OK, room was nice. The shocking experience was to find, in the morning, that a hypodermic needle had fallen onto the floor from the bed covers. Thank God the cap was on and we weren't poked, but this was a frightening discovery. We had a 6:25am flight, so we left the room at 4:30am, in a bit of a hurry, and didn't have the time to look for someone to complain to (check-in desk was deserted). The hotel needs to do a serious self assessment over this one. Unforgivable.
