「Southern hospitality at its best! Our host welcomed us with a wonderful local goodies basket. To my surprise the clear ponchos that I had left at home to attend the Derby were included! We had 4 ladies in our group and the beds and accommodations were perfect. There’s even a backyard patio to enjoy with a zen garden. This is a spacious Victorian beautifully remodeled with all hard wood floors. Everything was clean and very well stocked. We were able to walk downtown during the day and Uber home...

「We only could only stay one night. It is a very safe place. There is also a snack bar downstairs. The place is beautiful . It was very clean and inviting. It's very close to Louisville. Dominique was so helpful when I had questions. Are only suggestions are have a few cups for coffee or tea and a few small pots. . We actually ate in Prospect we'd recommend Quarters Riverside Grill for dinner and in Jeffersonville Gretchens Kitchen for breakfast. Thanks for sharing your place」

「This place is gorgeous!! I loved the exposed brick throughout the loft!! I only wish we had been able to stay more than one night!! You know its a great place to stay when you try to keep yourself awake at night to enjoy it because you know when you wake up its gonna be time to leave :/ The only downside was the parking. 「It was fine. Loved the balcony. Not clean to my standards at all. The was a towel shoved in the couch bed. There was something splattered on the ceiling. The floors were absolutely disgusting especially considering I took my crawling baby. And on our last day, when we stripped the bed, i was horrified at the stains and how crusty looking it was under the sheets. It was fine for a couple nights but I definitely won’t be staying at this location again」
