"Clean room. Very centric to train stations without the noise. The Dryers in the laundry do not work well. "

"Excellent location right beside the New South Exit of Shibuya Station. Room was small, but perfect for a solo traveller like me. Location meant that I was able to make pit stops to deposit and retrieve belongings while moving between different attractions and areas. I also ate in the Ginza Steak restaurant located on 2F of the hotel. It was a lovely meal, and the all you can eat steak and alcohol provided great value. "

"The location was amazing, super close to Shibuya station so we could easily get anywhere. The room was small but comfy and clean. The bed was very very comfortable and cozy. The staff organized our luggage transfer for us. The only thing we needed to do was show them the address where to send the luggage and they filled out all the paperwork."

"Staff were friendly and helpful (helped us carry out luggage to the front entrance) only downside is that there is an escalator or stairs that you must take to the hotel lobby where the elevator is. I don't know if it's convenient for people with accessibility issues however there is a sign to call for staff support if you are in need. Rooms were clean and relatively spacious, but the bathroom was a bit small (standard for Japan I suppose) Good location, close to everything (shopping, restaurants, Shibuya Scramble). "
