"I would have rated this all five stars if it were t for the negative experience we had at the hotel restaurant and the front desk staff. The restaurant staff literally harassed us for 45 mins to “hurry up and eat” since we arrive at 9:45am and the breakfast closed at 10:30am. Yes, you read that correctly. Weird. The man chased my 8yo out of the restaurant after she attempted to get an orange juice in a to go cup. Not cool dude. The front desk staff also were quite passive aggressive and unhelpful. "

"This hotel is better than I expected. It is old but the room is clean with sufficient amenities. The price is reasonable for staying during Golden week. Proximity to scrabble crossing, Shibuya center gai and Shibuya Station is a plus. Front desk and breakfast staff working very hard. My only complaint is that there is not enough electrical outlets to charge my devices."

"Maybe this just how Shibuya is; the room was small. Except for the bed, there was not room to open my suitcase any where in the room. No closet no drawers. Also, traffic noise was very noticeable on the 8th floor. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was a nice coffee shop in the lobby. "

"Our first time in japan. Lots of affordable restaurants nearby, trains and grocery stores nearby. Be prepared for lots of walking and stairs. Good clean affordable hotel we probably pay more for high season unfortunately miss cherry blossom season. We enjoy yakiniku and conveyor belt sushi the most and tried every bento boxes. Hope to come back in the future we enjoyed our visit. Thank you to all the strangers that help us on the train station who help us guide us on the right path when we got lost and must have is apple map good for directions and google translate that help navigate everything in japanese."

"We had laundry in room which was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Nice size for 3 of us. Located so close to the train station which made it super easy to navigate all over Tokyo. "
