"Like: Good location for the Strip amenities. The We Salute card for veterans gives me free parking to all Caesars garages. Dislike: We Salute card not working at the garage gate. Need to call staff for assistance for this. Poor housekeeping due untimely pick up of towels and room upkeep."

"I got an upgraded queen Executive suite. At check in I was offered an upgrade for an additional $28! Room was clean. My only complaint is there are still combining doors between the rooms and at 0300 the person in the room next to me must have got back and was snoring so loud I couldn’t sleep. I ended up leaving the hotel at 0730 on the morning because the snoring was so Loud and the fan or air conditioner was not loud enough to drown out the sound. They need to get rid of these doors or insulate them. You could see the light from their room into mine. "

"Super rude staff at check in"

"We had paid for a clean, take in care of room, with a view of the strip of Las Vegas. What we got was an old room with broken closets doors, with a view of the parking lot. When we complained they moved us to another room with a larger view of the parking lot. The rooms were old and you can’t use the refrigerator because they stock it with alcohol and you can’t put anything in the refrigerator. If you ask them they for a refrigerator they want to charge you 30.00 a night. Not happy with staying at Caesars palace."
