" They didn’t clean my room during my stay (I stayed 3 nights and 4 days). I’m not sure if they don’t do daily cleaning or if it was just an oversight, but there was no sign to request cleaning — only the “Do Not Disturb” one. I asked the housekeeper, Imelda, if she could give me some towels because my room hadn’t been cleaned. She gave me some, but when I asked for another one, she didn’t seem pleased, which was a bit uncomfortable. Also, I wanted to mention that the door on the side that leads to the street doesn’t have a lock, so anyone could come in. Other than that, everything else was excellent. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the pool was very clean (we didn’t use it because we were there for a softball tournament). I will definitely stay there again. "

"We appreciated the accommodating staff for a late checkout and offering orange flavored water in the lobby to refresh during the hot day. The desk staff is extremely friendly and eager to help if you need extra towels etc. we also appreciated that it was a smoke free facility and without slot machines in the lobby "

"The temperature was not hot enough to require using the pool. The house has an open layout which was wonderful. The decor was lovely yet comfortable and inviting. The kitchen served its purpose and was well stocked. Our group had a great stay. The host is a lovely person. She was available for questions and suggestions."
