「The host never messaged me any information. When I arrived to the house I saw the bed wasn’t made and there was food out. At first we thought they didn’t clean but realized there was someone staying there. Turns out the host double booked it and still never reached out. We were stranded looking for a place to stay which was extremely difficult as it was a weekend during the summer and most hotels were fully booked. It could have been very dangerous for my family and I. Terrible experience」

「Supposed to come with a refrigerator and it didn’t. The air conditioner was broke. I asked for a refrigerator, but then had to move rooms anyway, because of the air conditioning. Definitely was not as described.」

「Stayed here when it was a Howard Johnson. It's much safer now. Reasonable price. TV didn't work and the front desk told me that's why they gave me a 20% off coupon for Denny's but I worked in hotel before and had the same issues, and also gave Denny's coupons just for the stay. Do I'm unsure how true that is. Either way, it was a reasonable price to stay in a safe part of Vegas」
