When we got there we realized we did not have the information for entering the premises (a gated community) or the home itself so I contacted the property manager to let him know. He got back to me fairly quickly but once we got in we found the home had not been cleaned yet from previous guests. He apologized and got it taken care or promptly while we just all went out to eat dinner. The home is perfect for large groups and we really did enjoy our stay. There could be a few more things done to make it nicer for the guest like making sure all appliances work beforehand (i. e., The iron was malfunctioning and would not stay on, one burner on the stove would not turn on, the refrigerator light was out and the gate openers for the entry did not work). And please have the cleaning crew check that dirty dishes, pots and pans are not placed in the cabinets by prior guests because we found that and washed them. Also maybe some complimentary travel size soaps, lotions, etc. As I said the property manager apologized it wasn’t cleaned because he thought we were arriving the next day so to be fair maybe the cleaning crew does check all these items I listed regularly but didn’t have time. But we didn’t let any of this ruin our time. Just a little more attention to detail is needed overall but great house.
