"It has a smoker casino and you have to register in the casino. All ways to the hotel are going through the casino and except of the cold pool all other amenities are shared with the casino. The smell from the smoke is very bad!"

"Poor communication prior to stay, several broken items in and around the home. We had to clean the pool and hot tub before we could use them but there wasn't even a skimmer there. There was popped floaties and cushions and a lot of debris in the pool. It's very deceiving about heating the pool and hot tub. The have to be heated with an app that you have to download on your phone and then your phone has to stay connected to them in order for them to heat. So you couldn't even go out for the day and then come home to a heated pool or hot tub. Very inconvenient. There's no welcome book or instructions for which one of the 3 or 4 thermostats works, washer/dryer, anything or how they work in the house or with recommendations or anything. No extra blankets. The cleaning wasn't very good. We got the impression this is probably used as a party house more than anything and it probably serves that purpose well enough."

"Large, comfortable clean rooms with more than a little touch of class. Bathroom where two people don't begin to trip over each other. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free valet parking was really helpful, with the cars arriving shortly after we called for them."

"The room was dirty.. no enough towels. No tv controls. The sofa bed have a lot of dog hair and some light do not work and they don’t change me the room and do not give me any discount "

"The host Josiah was fabulous! Very communicative and responsive. Couldn't ask for more. The house was very clean and well put together. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the house backs up to a very loud main street so it wasn't very quiet. "
