"Exceptionally friendly staff. We can't say enough about how friendly everyone was at this hotel from the front counter attendants, to the cleaning staff, to the woman operating the breakfast bar. Always friendly. Rooms were well maintained, clean and roomy- although a bit dated and not well lit. Shower had enough hot water but the shower head needed to be replaced as it had little pressure behind it and just dripped mostly. Breakfast bar was outstanding with lots of choices that were always replenished. Very quiet and well maintained. Lots of nearby places to eat with a grocery store within walking distance. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with the accomodations."

"we enjoyed our stay over all. the staff can do a better job of acknowledging and greeting guests. maid on 4th floor, was watching and listening to cell set up on counter and no response after we greeted her good morning! pillows were flat, bed was firm and uncomfortable but the tv was nice. the elevators are rough riding and the door track was dirty..we would stay again because it's near our family and reasonable rates!"

"This has been the best Vrbo experience I have ever had! The owner, Nickee, was an absolute DELIGHT to work with! I had a few special requests due to the nature of my vacation, and she was so great about all of it! The house is spacious, clean, in a great neighborhood, and really more than expected! We had a great stay and if we come back to the LV area, I will *definitely* be contacting Nickee again! "
