I’m not sure if they don’t do daily cleaning or if it was just an oversight, but there was no sign to request cleaning — only the “Do Not Disturb” one. I asked the housekeeper, Imelda, if she could give me some towels because my room hadn’t been cleaned. She gave me some, but when I asked for another one, she didn’t seem pleased, which was a bit uncomfortable. Also, I wanted to mention that the door on the side that leads to the street doesn’t have a lock, so anyone could come in. Other than that, everything else was excellent. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the pool was very clean (we didn’t use it because we were there for a softball tournament).
