「I booked this about 3-4 weeks in advance. When I turned up they said they were overbooked and sent me to a hostel about 25 minutes taxi ride away. So went from capsules to staying in a hostel dorm, with creaky beds, people snoring, and lots of incoming light. Had an awful nights sleep. They didn’t at any point try to contact me about the overbooking, so I suspect it’s just a deliberate business practice, which by the way is not legal. The hotel refused to give me a full refund, but Expedia...

「The room was clean and large. But it was difficult and confusing to locate the bus. The sign should be large. So that international travellers like us feel more comfortable. 」
