「I spent more than two weeks here, and I agree with many other reviews: the property is beautiful, peaceful and spacious - as pictured, with large windows (and shades throughout), well-appointed kitchen and laundry, as clean as can be, private and secure. Host is onsite and helpful but not intrusive, and provided a wonderful selection of welcome snacks. Very close to downtown San Rafael. Near the top of a steep hill, but several choices for driving there.」

「If you have trouble with stairs don't stay here. Lovely place but the drive to the house is difficult. And then the stairs up to your room, oh my. I had to leave after one night as I just couldn't face them daily. And having to drive the narrow, twisting road at dusk was frightening. It was a great room and the quiet was outstanding. Host was a lovely lady. Just I'm too old for all the climbing.」

「Communications with owner was online and good. The floor plan with living/dining/kitchen area, laundry room and two bedrooms is great for small family of 3-4. The bathroom is updated and shower very nice with good pressure. The bedding is good. Wi-Fi, small TV OK. Otherwise the place has potential for an upgrade, but as-is very outdated. No air so a fan would be good, antiquated wall heater. No coffee maker. 」

「Nicht 100% sauber. Es lagen ein paar Haare in der Wohnung. Der Blick ist bestimmt super, wenn es mal nicht neblig ist in SF 😁 Die Unterkunft liegt logischerweise ganz oben am Berg, was weite Wege bedeutet, egal wo man hingehen möchte. Unterm Strich alles ok.」
