"Nice room, it had a ‘damp-rid’ odor, but not a mildew odor. It is an older home, so a typical smell. Shower curtain was mildewy. Bed had no top sheet, but I found one in the chest of drawers. Otherwise, the duvet cover was clean, but polyester feeling. Lots of pillows to choose from. Bath was modern. Deck was private, nice view. Kitchen was stocked well enough. Fridge was small, but kept ice cream fairly hard. A lovely location. Near Whole Foods and a couple restaurants. Owner communicated well."

"Beverly was very welcoming. When we booked the house, she sent a PDF of how to get there which was very clear—we didn't even need GPS(A small detail that went a long way in helping us plan our stay)! I truely enjoyed my drive from SF to this place.We had such a lovely time with nature. The location is perfectly set right between Muir Woods and Muir Beach, and we got to feed scrub jays right outside on the patio (yes, she had snacks for the curious birds!). The views of the ocean, hills, and beach are amazing. We were lucky enough to see a rainbow stretching across the land to the ocean, which felt like a fairy tale.If you are looking to get away from traffic and noise, this is the place to be. We had no issues during our stay, and this was one of the most well-equipped rentals ever. I loved how she had all the essentials that we forgot to pack, like an umbrella and beach towels. 11/10 recommend if you’re looking for a getaway with the prettiest views and coolest vibes!"

"Amazing property with beautiful natural redwoods, ferns, and other trees and plants, as well as thoughtful landscaping design for privacy, peace, and relaxation in mind. House layout was perfect for rest and with abundant options to spread out both inside and outside on property grounds. Hot tub placement and layout is amazing!!Highly recommended property."

"A little gem within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Mill Valley. We started the day with a full, fresh, and delicious included breakfast. Our room looked out on redwoods and was clean and comfortable. Amenities for the bath were plentiful and of good quality. There is a 24-hour front desk with friendly staff and free parking on the premises. We will definitely stay there again when in Mill Valley."

"Way better than expected. Rooms were a great size, it was quiet and the amenities were great. Booked room 9/10 for two adults and two kids, each had our own bathroom. It was great. "

"We stayed in early April and were able to enjoy sitting on the porch listening to the creek while smelling early spring flowers. Very relaxing and a great base camp for exploring Muir Woods and other areas. Surprisingly private as well. Host communicated promptly when needed. Our kids enjoyed the space. "
