"Room was good sized with high original ceiling an d 2 large windows.It was clean and the bed was very good. But Recommend rooms facing rear of bldg, as street side rooms can be noisy, even with double windows. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location is great --near to all downtown spts and has easy access to transportation options."

"When we arrived at the hotel, we checked in and got our room assigned. Once we opened our room door, there was someone else staying at our room. We went back to the front and explained the situation. The lady didn’t apologize for our experience or for there error. She was very rude with the situation. Although, she did assign us to a different room but I still felt unsafe that it can occur to me."

"The hotel has a great location and its amenities makes it stand out from the rest. The housekeeping is top notch. They are very friendly and give you what you need. When I arrived the lamp was flickering and the carpet could use a good clean. There isn’t a long mirror that I think would make everything better so that you can see yourself. The mirror in the bathroom is hard to use because the door doesn’t open wide enough so it’s a bit awkward when trying to get ready. Other than that great experience! Friendly staff! "
