"Came here after a not so good trip in 2022 big difference coming back 2 years later. Got the jr. Suite room was spacious came with a little kiddie castle for the kids restroom was small but ok for what we needed. Beds could have been better felt like i was sinking in but overall room was great. Has a pool area that was very lively and was extremely enjoyable especially for the kids as well as transportation to the theme park and back. "Clean,comfortable room with exceptional service. Enjoyed the free shuttle service offered to Universal Studios. Metro to downtown and grocery store to stock up fridge are a short (15-20 min) walk away. Microwave is available on request for small fee. Breakfast was a quick phone call and pickup(can be delivered for a fee). Would recommend and stay again. "

"Big room for the price, very good value and experience. Pool and hot tub were great and overall atmosphere was calm and friendly. The shower dispensers were not stocked properly, ground floor restroom had a broken automated faucet that would not stop the flow of water, … giving a sense that the property was a bit behind in upkeep."

"I traveled with my husband and 4 kids, price is reasonable for what you get. The rooms are average sized, it’s an old hotel and being remodeled. Everything was clean in our rooms except the floors. My kids’ socks were BLACK from how dirty they were. It was a good experience overall, again I didn’t expect much from how low the price was so I’m satisfied with what I got. "
