オークランドの格安ホテル

「2回目の利用でした。サンフランシスコ市内からは少し離れていますが、環境が静かなところにありとても気に入っています。ただ駐車場代金は1泊で18ドル取られたのはちょっと高いなと思いました。」

「This is my second time staying here and the room is really just okay. Towels very rough and hard on skin. Toilet kept coming off hook. No amenities for the bathroom. No Information on how to use the WiFi and the Tv I had to figure out how to use on my own! All In all it served its purpose for the weekend.」

「今回のカリフォルニア州バークレー近辺の旅行で、3箇所(たまたま全てマリオット系)に泊まりましたが、その中でも部屋は最も広く、便利で気持ちよく寝れる作りでした。 翌日の朝早い便での移動のため、こちらのホテルを予約しましたが、他のお客さんも、空港関係者や利用者さんが多かったようにみえました。 また空港までシャトルバスを運行してくれて、それも希望の時間に出発してくれて、有料とは言え、非常に有り難いサービスです。 ただ、ホテルの周りに、ショップやレストランが何もなく、その点は非常に不便でした。 極め付けは、コインランドリーがあまりに使い勝手が悪いです。ここではコインランドリーは利用しない方がいいです。」

「Although the fire alarm was triggered by an unruly guest, there was no acknowledgment or accountability by staff. My ears are still ringing two days later. Staff should check the volume of the fire alarm. It was excessively ear piercingly loud, likely louder than code requires. The alarm was pulled 4 times throughout the night, no rest for my traumatized family. 」
