"Nice room but no air-conditioning no heat. During the daytime it's very hot in the room. I had to ask for a fan. The fan wasn't strong. It was still hot. Had to close the curtains heat was coming through the windows from the sun. Night time open the curtains to let the room cool down

"I was told through expedia that i was able to garner hilton honors rewards for this stay, which i was not. Then, i tried calling Expedia and they connected me with somebody who barely knew how to work a computer and didn't even understand what i was talking about. The property was nice, management was difficult and expedia did not help with the rewards at all"
"I loved the location of the property and the beautiful views of the marina from our room. I do think it's time to upgrade the furniture in the rooms. They were pretty wore down. But the staff was great and i'd defintely come back."
