「This place is a great place to stay. The property is close to so many things and also very quiet.
The two challenges we had were, the TV would not connect, but not a big deal for us as we were out most of the day. the staff attempted to fix for us (and I am sure they could have the next day), but again not a concern for us.
The only other thing for me (but not my family), I am a light sleeper and there is a side window that has a light on outside so it made the room a little bright for me...
「The location was quiet and the trees blocking the view of the nearby street were both beautiful and effective. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was removed from shopping/sights and so not walkable, but otherwise a wonderful place to stay.」
「I came to San Rafael to look at Dominican University and used this hotel. They have everything, like shampoo, cream, bath towels, dryer, coffee machine, and breakfast. No need to worry about your stay.」
「It was a very nice stay. The beds and pillows were really nice and comfortable. It's older, but it has it's charm. It's right next to the freeway and you can hear the cars, but otherwise it was very quiet and peaceful. The only thing I wish it had was bedside lamps. Otherwise our room was had two rooms, one for each bed and I really liked that. The managers were very nice and helpful as well. 」
「This motel was a bargain. The property and rooms were very well kept up. The staff was great and very helpful. One nice feature was a coin operated washer and dryer on site so we could do a load of laundry. I would stat there again and highly recommend this business. The owners take pride in their establishment and take care of the landscaped plants and flowers. 」
