absolutely LOVED this hotel and will be coming back when we visit sf !! the bartender was the coolest person ever and the entire staff makes you feel so welcomed! the room was beautiful and cozy. everything about this stay was perfect

I really enjoyed my stay! It’s a charming building but a little on the older side but that gave it lots of character and charm. The staff were wonderful and the location was great - the only downside was the mattress was a little too firm for me.

This location is great! Very safe to walk from and easy parking three blocks away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet though very cold. The bed was ridiculously high and the wall paper was discolored and peeling.

The property and staff are excellent, the location is very noisy. Future stays I'll opt for a higher floor. For me, city noise is relaxing, so I didn't mind. My stay-mates wished for more quiet, though.
