"Uneven and unsafe steep stairs to go anywhere in this place. For some reason, women are housed up on the 2nd floor (2 long flights up). Kitchen was not in operation during my stay which turned out to be OK as it'd be ANOTHER steep flt. of stairs to get there (3 flts. total). Staff was generally decent & helpful with the exception of one female (swing shift) who was rude, argumentative and unhelpful. "
