「The room overlooking the pool was strong smell of molds. The room was small and you have to carry up and down your heavy suitcase by yourself. I requested info on diving package, but front desk was totally unable to assist me. If you are up to diving, you had better stay at different places up north. 」

「I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Tangara Arenal. I booked the bungalow option, and it was a great choice. The bungalow was surrounded by plants and trees, with outdoor seating perfect for relaxing or reading while it rained—and when it rains, it pours! The metal roof made the sound of the rain noticeable, but I found it soothing, like white noise. We visited during the wet season and had the usual afternoon showers, but it never bothered us.
