「Pool was beautiful!」

「We always stay at the Hyatt place when we visit Puerto Rico.. the decoration is always something new everytime we come.. the staff are very friendly and the breakfast is always delicious 」

「Super clean hotel, zero bugs. Secure property, with convenient access to La Placita area and the bus lines are a quick 2 min walk. Staff very helpful.. and prices were very affordable (Apr 2026) — A/C is ice cold; rooms are spacious w/ kitchen area that includes fridge, stove, microwave (apartment)」

「Abitta Condado was an absolute dream. It's a beautiful boutique hotel. The breakfast was recommended by the staff as well as other locations nearby. But the food, oh my goodness, you get so much. We had the chicken and waffles. That was the most incredible chicken waffle ever. Big, nice, juicy chicken breast? The waffles were topped with eggs and bacon and like a cheesecake type, Buttered syrup dressing. It was heaven and also the pancakes, the stack of pancakes. Absolutely perfect. Ordered...

「Absolutely will not be back to this property, as a frequent Hilton Rewards member this experience has been the worst. Our room at no hot water for 24hrs with the engineer saying just let it run. The next day I requested a new room, which was accommodated yet the room was dirty and housekeeping refused to clean it as she stated “she already cleaned it” but offered the cleaning towels and spray for us to clean ourselves. Shower light was broken and key pad battery died leaving us to wait yet again...
