「The property was well kept and clean, the checking in process however could not have been more confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. We were asked to contact the host 20mins before arrival(we did) and we sent an additional reminder to be helpful and respect her time, yet it was clear she didn’t respect ours. Not only does the address not show up on maps(any version),but she left two women basically stranded on a corner on a random street in Madrid waiting for her to let us in. when she did...

「Clean, open air, fair and great location and communication -- no issues.」

「Great stay!! Bed was comfy and great location」

¡Muchas gracias! Si tengo otra oportunidad, me gustaría volver a alojarme aquí....

「Excellent experience for the few days we stayed…」

「Bedding wasn't clean on my arrival. To be fair they sorted it quickly once reported. Bathroom and kitchen was clean. Annoying that the cleaner washes the sheets in the kitchen as I had to listen to a washing machine for 2 hours when I wanted to relax. Area is dangerous at night. I was assaulted by a patron of the bar across the road. late at night when walking past.」

「Exactly as advertised. Clean and convenient, quiet, hot shower, stocked with coffee and other necessities. We would happily stay again.」

「The space was perfect for our family of 4. The hosts recommendations were very helpful and the host himself was super accommodating. Having AC during the heat wave was also a big win! Would stay there again if visiting that region of Spain in the future.」
