"The room was clean, fresh, and smelled pleasant upon arrival. The property itself was also well maintained, and the food was both delicious and attractively presented. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor and is an area that needs significant improvement. While the accommodations and dining experience were enjoyable, the level of service negatively impacted my overall stay. Having stayed at all three of their Montego Bay properties, I found this one to be the weakest overall experience."

"Staying at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was a great and grand experience! All of the employees were very nice, welcoming, professional, and overall the resort was simply beautiful and amazing! The food was superb, delicious, and amazingly great! I would recommend anyone to reside at the Grand Palladium if they are going to visit Jamaica!"

"The concierge at the time of our arrival was great. Although there was a hurricane less than a year ago, the property was in good shape and active construction was taking place to finish the last of the damage. The staff was nice but not too helpful, we had a massive smashed up roach on the bathroom floor, room service orders misplaced (have to pay extra for each order) and countless attempts to get additional towels and drinks for our fridge. They’ll also deter you from certain beverages which seemed bazar. For the price, I expected better."

"The food was fresh and delicious. The beach was clean and unobstructed. The pools were clean, although they all closed early (6pm every night) and the lifeguards were actively on their phones most of the day. FYI The hotel is advertised as only allowing smoking in specific areas but I never saw that rule followed. People smoked everywhere all over the resort despite signage to only smoke in the designated areas, and not a single employee enforced the rule."
