「We have been to Jamaica at least 10-15 times and have stayed at several AI resorts throughout the island. Cons: This was my least favorite and I’d consider it a 3 star at best. Resort is a ghost town after 9/10pm. Need more nightly activities for the 20-40ish crowd. Piano bar gets old. Need to add foam parties, more genres of music, karaoke on stage and on a weekend. Pros: The staff(Amay, Cori, Moesha & Dean were all fabulous & went above and beyond. The ocean/beach are amazing with fun/free...

「I had a wonderful time though I put 3 stars I would still go back, sone issues though were I had to keep requesting for my room to get cleaned if I’m not mistaken my room wasn’t cleaned until the third day I was there, also I understand that tipping is a big part of their culture but please do not beg me to tip or do very small acts of kindness all to just get a tip. 「When we arrived we were told that the room was ready. However, we get to the room and the maintenance man was Inside with the door open, the floor was wet and it reeked a mildew smell. Tried to air it out but the air wasn’t helping. Went to open the balcony room door and it had what appeared to be some type of red sauce on and near the handle so it wasn’t cleaned of the prior people’s germs. The floor was cracked and the ceiling had spider webs. Then, the main entrance had a flood」
