「The entire property was immaculate. The staff throughout our stay was helpful and courteous. The crew at the Kids Club do an amazing job. The water park is great for kids of all ages. Waitresses and bartenders were all polite and attentive. Butlers Javaughn and Pierre went above and beyond to make our week there extra special while coordinating cabanas, meals, room service, and even went out of their way to deliver some N/A beers to our room that the resort didn't even offer. 「Don’t know because I didn’t have a chance to stay in the hotel. Arrived and left immediately to another Hotel which costed me 5 times than what I had paid. Asked for a refund but the hotel refused. Have pictures to prove my point. Now am asking for my refund they saying that my intentions weren’t for staying. That my intentions were to take pictures and cause trouble over a refund. 「The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.」

Appeared that service was only for people they knew as survice improved as staff gotbto know us. Two months before the trip, I had to cancel one night do to flight changes. Still waiting for my refund, despite many calls to both hotel and expedia. Its been 2 months. 」
