「Amazing experience. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. There were also a lot of activities on site that can fill up your day that is included in the price. Took a challenging spin class, aquacize and had fun at the foam party. I went solo and had a blast. 10/10 experience.」

Had enough restaurants for everyone to eat in but you had to make reservations which was not a problem, I just didn't like the part where the resort doesn't have elevators but thank God it only goes up to the third floor. 「We enjoyed our stay and the amenities were very nice to have, especially since we had two kids with us. There were plenty of choices for restaurants, easy to get reservations, and our kids took advantage of the snorkel gear, basketball courts, and swimming pools. We mostly loved the beaches and clear blue water that the kids loved swimming in every day! Our first day started off rocky with our reservations either being incorrect or our room was simply not ready when we were scheduled to arrive...

「Less than a year after the hurricane and the hotel is doing as well as can be expected. We thought the food was pretty bland and not memorable. The staff were amazing at the bar. The resort is pretty clean as well, but def not worth the 90+ min commute from the airport.」

「The staff was amazing everyone we spoke to except the nurse and yasaunna were incredible. They were warm friendly helpful and just overall incredible. Barrington, Javier, kierah, chef Marcus, Chef Anthony, and Suttoni, were wonderful but yasaunna is horrible especially for her to be a big customer service supervisor she knows nothing about customer service. Also, the chairs in the dining room buffet are stressful they take away from the dining experience.」

「No AC in the garden rooms it was so hot the ac units are badly out dated it only worked for an hour bugs in the shower we asked for a fan and the staff kept passing it off to different people no one provided a fan or a room change when I say it was hotter in the room than outside I mean it !! Worse experience by far and we come to Jamaica every two months we will not stay there ever again the distance to the room is horrible small parking lot so just take a uber not the cleanest room either some...

「The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. It did have a slight smell and I’m sure it was from the hall carpet from hurricane. Best part about that is my last day there they were closing to remodel. My husband and I are waiting for the opening to book next year.」
