「Riu Palace was amazing, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The buffets were pretty good, if I had any complaints the only thing I would say is that there was too much pork at breakfast and too many other options of meat. We had access to both of the other resorts and I gotta say that Riu Montego Bay is where all the fun was at. The pool was lit everyday we went especially on Friday. They also had other entertainment activities at night. I will definitely be coming back to Riu Palace 」

「The swim up pleasure suite room was amazing! Lovely decor, great view! The stay started off terribly when I arrived I was informed the swim out suite I had booked was not available and the front desk manager tried to downgrade me to a normal pleasure suite or send over to the family side of the resort. After I complained and refused these options, they miraculously for a swim up pleasure suite for me! Putting me through a lot of distress for no reason it seems, it was also up setting the Clive...

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was very attentive and helpful. When we got there, there was a little delay in figuring out our room, and we were also there for my daughter’s birthday. Taking these things into consideration, the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade our room to an Ocean View. Our morning and evening views were spectacular!
