Bottom Line = would stay again, a solid 8/10 rating.
Food = Excellent. Best I've had at any resort.
Rooms = Clean and cleaned well but 3/4 of our group had a minor issue with something (electrical issues, fan not operational or noisy, etc.) and sometimes housekeeping didn't fully replenish towels or mini-bar
Atmosphere = Party, so it's loud, even well into the evening. If you want quiet, don't have your room face the stage or be near the lobby.
Bars = Great drink menu, lobby bar open 24/7. But, generous tipping doesn't really get you priority service.
Size = Very, VERY small, but you can walk over to Riu Montego Bay for a change in scenery. About day 3 or 4 you start to feel the limitations that come with its size.
Staff = All of our interactions were very pleasant.
Pools = The main pool is the loud high energy pool all day long. The secondary pool is more laid back. However, the towel exchange is very lacking. The resort was never able to keep up with fresh towels during peak times.
