We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane. We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens. We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes. Prior to the hurricane, we were pleasantly surprised with upgraded swim-out suites at check-in. Will definitely return because of the excellent service and to assist in the Jamaica's recovery/tourism.

I love everything about it was the most perfect and relaxing experience. I like that it was quiet and staff was super nice. We had butlers Keen and Andre and they were the absolute best. Food was really tasty and the steakhouse was my favorite restaurant. Rooms were beautiful and the platinum is definitely worth it. Best resort in Jamaica!

Loved staying at this resort! Especially loved some of the staff, in particular, the bellhops were fantastic! I would say this resort is definitely a good mix for adults only on one side and family-friendly on the other. Only thing ill say is there was more fun during the daytime on the family side then on the adults only- that side was very relaxing.
