ハノーバー ホテル

「The property was very clean and well maintained. Food & service was good just monotonous but for sure wasn’t going to go hungry. Things that we didn’t get involved in was the swim up bar it was always crowded and way too loud for us old people. We’re not 25 anymore so we did enjoy the beach area and the quieter pools. If you come to party I say this is where you should go. Next time we’ll be staying at another resort just because we’re not looking to party.」

「The property was clean and maintained. They had a very small area where they were fixing a villa 11. My thoughts is most likely damaged from Melissa. But it honestly never disturbed us or our plans. The construction workers were extremely kind and always said hi or good morning when we would walk by. The staff at this resort is amazing. We’ve been to a lot of all inclusive. But this one felt so welcoming and inviting. Everyone of their staff was kind and friendly. Even the landscapers. It was...

「I enjoyed my stay at Azul. The property was beautiful, the staff was fantastic and the food was great. The furniture in the room and certain places were a bit dated but outside of that, everything was fine. The seven mile beach was incredible and they put on a good show at nice, There is a club with a DJ that starts at 11pm and ends around 1. All in all, I had a great time and would visit again.」

「ビーチが目の前」

「Yes it was good.」

「Very clean I love it」

「Very friendly」

「I was not happy at all and there was no compromise it was my wedding anniversary and level of customer service did not meet our needs」

「I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!」

「This is our favorite place to stay, and we love everyone that works here! The staff is always so kind and attentive. They truly will do anything to make your vacation perfect! We cannot wait to return again and again and again!」

「Staff members were really attentive, professional and personable. The food was delicious」

「It was great, I had a lot of fun, despite the fact that a lot of the property was being renovated. The staff were very attentive. I think there are some minor issues that ought to be addressed, for instance, the toilet seat was detached and the room was often slippery but it was still pretty good.」

「Our family had a lovely stay here!」
