Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the rooms could use some updating. I was locked out of my room for about an hour because the door lock malfunctioned, which was frustrating. Unless you’re interested in becoming a member, I’d recommend avoiding the sales presentations. They took up too much time, especially during a short stay, and took away from my vacation experience.

The signature level was well worth the extra $! Water circuit, premium rooms, à la carte priority, private pool area , free laundry service, etc. and the staff were all amazing. highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The property is very spacious, so there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your privacy. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily visit again.

I liked housekeeping and most dislike was misrepresented room amenities on the web site. No rollaway available and when we asked for more pillows and bedding for pullout we only received part of what we asked for a full day later. Pullout was permanent out and had alot to be desired.

This was our first time at this resort. The property has a wonderful feel, set in the Montego Bay area. The location is spacious and the views are both stunning and gorgeous!! The beach is small but the beach access is extremely easy. The amenities are wonderful, and the entertainment is lively and very well-planned. The restaurants offer significant variety and the food is wonderful. But here is the hidden gem - the staff! The staff - customer service staff, restaurant wait staff and housekeeping staff are top notch, professional and very attentive, without being overbearing. This resort is a can’t miss! A true gem of the Caribbean!!!

The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort.

Really enjoyed our stay! The staff were excellent; both professional and friendly Loved our room and the staff left a lovely towel decoration every night! Views were beautiful with a number of activities. Restaurants were nice. The spa was awesome! The only negative is that the food was good, not spectacular. Would highly recommend!
