「The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort.」

「Great location. Pools and hot tub are clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Everything is maintained well. Lots of options to eat outside of the resort. Beds are on the firmer side but comfortable. Bring a small blanket if you want more than a sheet and light blanket at night. Mini Fridge in the room is great to keep drinks and snacks on hand. Water pressure in showers were good.」

「The property was in good shape, the room stayed clean, and the food when cooked correctly was good. We stayed almost a week but had some difficulties at the airport which delayed our trip. The hotel would not reimburse us for the day we did not make it there due to 5 flight delays that we had no control over. The management team would not even entertain any sort of credit. This would make me not stay in the future as there is no controlling if you cannot fly to your destination.」

「​We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property. The hotel itself is in condition, and the staff were consistently wonderful and helpful throughout our visit. My only complaints are that the breakfast menu is repetitive and the excursion desks was problematic. Avoid booking tours through the representatives at the hotel—if your plans change, they will refuse a refund and send you on a wild goose chase to resolve it with other companies." We ended up losing about $250.USD. they refused...
