The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to everyone we met!

The staff were awesome well trained and we saw why because the head ( hotel manager) and other managers were immaculate and made our stay superb during hurricane Melissa.
