「Very clean, great customer service and kid friendly」

「There was no entertainment and no good restaurants, Management was unavailable to speak to guests. There was no shower gel and on two occasions there was no hot water available. Some staff were pleasant and attempted to make the stay better despite lack of resources .」

「I love this hotel; it's one of my favorite places to stay when I visit Jamaica.」
