"Staff was absolutely amazing. Property was getting a little rundown. Could use some updates. Food was OK at best. Again, everyone working at the property, even the gardener staff were all wonderful."

"We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane. We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens. We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes. Prior to the hurricane, we were pleasantly surprised with upgraded swim-out suites at check-in. Will definitely return because of the excellent service and to assist in the Jamaica's recovery/tourism."

The house is a little further out than expected. The house is in a authentic neigjborhood amd very quiet. But it is definitely the nicest house inthw area"
