「I dont like that I was lied to by a reception staff member telling us one price for the pull up pool of 170 but when we wanted to get it another member said 500 dollars plus. Why is my review not beeing submitted? Because its bad? This is why I will do on the BBB better business burow.」

「Had a wonderful stay here aside from a leaking roof one day that management didn't care about and we cleaned up the water ourselves. The bed was uncomfortable after the first few days but generally the room was great. Free continental breakfast in the morning was a bonus and with best in the west across the street and the on-site restaurant we managed dinners. Great beach, security, pools and friendly staff make this place what it is.」

「Our experience is unique because we were there within days of a reopening after a hurricane because of that we experienced some disruptions and discomfort that will likely be ironed out once the staff is bonded and trained. The entertainment was off and there was almost NO poolside service besides maybe once per day.
