"The property is phenomenal! Absolutely gorgeous! It was clean and the communication was pretty prompt. I loved how each of the rooms has their own bathrooms, but the shower pressure was not working on the top floor bathrooms. I did notify the owner and they said they will have it repaired. We left before someone came to repair the showers. Location is great, we walked to everything we needed and wanted to visit. The property definitely has an Old San Juan charm. Just beautiful! "

"This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. It’s been about 10 years since our last visit, and my husband and I were very pleased with the property’s upkeep. The hotel is in great condition, with a clean and fresh ambiance that we truly appreciated, especially since we’re sensitive to unpleasant carpet odors found in some hotels. The casino and restaurants offer excellent options for dining and entertainment, adding to the overall positive experience. I would absolutely still recommend this property! "
