"The location is great, just about ten mins walk to the Plaza Mayor and Sol station shopping area and easily accessible to other major attractions like the Retiro park, Gran Via street and Royal palace by foot or subway. There are a hundred cafes and restaurants around to choose from. It was clean and the toilets and showers in the shared bathrooms feel private (the dividers go almost all the way down to the floor) and the ac in the private bunk bed room we stayed in worked fine. Only complaint is you hear ppl talking in the hallway and the doors slamming at night and at 7am.."

"Perfect location, right in the centre. Apartment was lovely and clean. The triple room was definitely worth it. Staff were lovely. Brilliant value for money. Due to it being in the centre and Madrid's nightlife being epic there is a lot of noise outside so I took another reviewers advice and got ear plugs and they worked a treat as I'm a light sleeper."
